Hi Everypig! Chocolate and K.C. here!

Do your owners move around sluggishly in the morning, unable to (gasp!) feed you until they drink their morning cup of coffee??

Well, find out where it all begins at Chocolate and K.C.'s grandparents' small Kona coffee farm! It's not a big one, just a small one, but these are friendly folk. They'll let you experience the thrill (it's acutally work!) of picking some coffee beans right off the trees! And they also have a cute, small sheltie (dog) named Miki -- he's okay. He barks at any intruders so we'll be well protected!

Grandma has a nice garden with some corn, bell peppers, lettuce, watermelon, and carrots. Even some nice fresh grass! She's been trying to grow timothy hay, but no success yet! So, if you are interested in learning about coffee and coffee trees, and want to experience the country life on a Hawaiian mountainside, then we hope to see you there!

Here's a tentative itinerary:

  • History of coffee farming in Kona.

  • Tour of the farm, including the process of turning the cherry into coffee beans.

  • Sampling of fresh roated coffee.

  • Picking your own coffee to take back to your slaves.

  • Finishing up with a lunch of garden fresh vegetables on the newly contructed patio with a panoramic view of the ocean in the distance.
  • Chocolate & K.C. (By the way, K.C. is short for Kona Coffee!)
