- August 10: Cut off for Virtual Hawaii Trip Registration.
- August 17: 4:30pm. Welcoming Reception at the hotel hosted by Patches & Bailey.
- August 18: Special Brunch by Chef Jean Paul Cavy. Free day for activities and scavenger hunt. Think about signing up for snorkling, golf, aqua-aerobics, first aid instruction, lei or grass skirt making.
- August 19: Day trip to Kauai, Oahu or Maui for sightseeing and finding parade materials. Make your selection on your registration form. A brief description about about each Island can be found on the registration page.
- August 20: Sunrise Rainbow Bridge Ceremony on the Island of Oahu, followed by a parade thru Waikiki with floats, marching bands, and horseback riders representing the flower and color of the islands that each group visited.
- August 21: Free day to explore on the Big Island; Closing luau in the evening.
- August 22: Depart for home.
